Joint Arab Banks and Financial Institutions with an Arab ownership share of less than 51% but no less than 25%

Any other entities or institutions approved by the Union’s General Assembly upon recommendation by the Board of Directors

Observer members may participate in the Union’s General Assembly without voting rights.
