The UAB has positioned itself, via these seminars and programs, as a leading platform for coordinating training efforts in the Arab region, serving the interests of Arab training centers and institutes, and the interests of the Arab banking sector, in general.
In-house Training
The UAB organizes in-house training programs for Arab banks, which aim at developing the skills and experience of employees to be better equipped to accommodate the ongoing development and innovations in banking and finance.
Specialized Training
The UAB has developed a strategic initiative of providing specialized training that leads to professional certificates and banking diplomas, in cooperation with internationally recognized organizations.
Global Reach
Conferences
The UAB organizes annual top-level banking and financial conferences which gather an elite group of economic, financial and banking leaders and experts from both Arab and foreign capitals. The global conferences aim to address and discuss current issues impacting international and Arab economies and banks, and further seek to adopt practical recommendations regarding sound banking practices. The UAB believes these international conferences provide quality networking, cooperative efforts and communication between Arab and international bankers and banking institutions. The multitude of annual conferences organized by the UAB in Arab and international capitals has become a prime platform for promoting banking and economic relations between Arab bankers, banks and international institutions.

The DIC enhances the general image of Arab nations through the provision of accurate, comprehensive data to Arab, regional, and international entities.
A planned public library will continually feed the DIC with information, with regular updates by specialists in data pooling, documentation, entry, and extraction — operating in line with international standards.

The Continuous Training Center
